Original Second World War Royal Air Force (RAF) Combined Operations badge. This is the canvas version of the badge, the website combinedops.com suggests this version is associated with the RAF, and you can find more information here. This example is in appealing worn and uniform removed condition, showing a lot of patina and there is a small tear on the edge. $60

#CC35 1st Airborne Division, 2nd Battalion, insignia group
Original Second World War British 2nd Parachute Battalion insignia group. The group consists of English made canvas “PARACHUTE REGIMENT” shoulder title, canvas printed Pegasus sleeve badge, embroidered British parachute wings, shoulder strap slip on, and lanyard. The yellow shoulder lanyard and yellow slip is the correct colour for the 2nd Parachute Battalion. All the badges were received as a lot and are lightly worn and uniform removed, with the exception of the shoulder title which may be unworn. This is a great lot to compliment any Airborne insignia collection. $1000

#CC36 6th Airborne Division, 3rd Battalion, insignia group
Original Second World War British 3rd Parachute Battalion insignia group. The group consists of English made “starchback” or “pasteback” (Collector terms) “PARACHUTE REGIMENT” shoulder title, shoulder strap slip on, and lanyard. The red shoulder lanyard and red slip is the correct colour for the 3rd Parachute Battalion. All the badges were received as a lot and are lightly worn and uniform removed. This is a great lot to compliment any Airborne insignia collection. $550

Original Second World War Special "A" Service shoulder title. This badge was worn by the armoured soldiers of the Special Service Tank Squadron formed in June 1941 and later reformed into the Airborne Light Tank Squadron in August 1942. This example is in worn and uniform removed condition. $425

Original Second World War British War Correspondent shoulder title. Authorized by Canadian Military Headquarters in 1941 for wear by Canadian War Correspondents. English made embroidered bullion variation that is nicely executed. Good lightly used condition showing patina. $175

Original Second World War straight "AIRBORNE" English made canvas shoulder sleeve title. Very nice uniform removed example with original threads still hanging in place. These were eventually ordered to be removed by the soldiers and are very scarce and desirable, they were still in wear below the shoulder title and Pegasus on D-Day and in Normandy. *Sold*
