GERMANY WWII COMBAT AWARDS AND INSIGNIA

UNIFORM CUT OFF INSIGNIA

Luftwaffe national emblem cut off a Field Division smock with large chunk of smock still intact.  The national emblem is factory zig-zag stitched onto the splinter pattern camouflage smock material.  Shows field use and was crudely cut off the smock likely in the field by an allied soldier. $450 *On Hold*

Coastal Artillery Overseas Cap cut off insignia.  A common veteran souvenir for when they didn't have space to liberate the entire cap, I have always found these to be a great study tool for original insignia application methods.  This insignia was hand sewn to the cap, suggesting it's likely off an early to mid-war cap.  Condition reflects insignia cut off a used and actually worn cap.  $100
