Assmann & Söhne of Lüdenscheid.  Both the award and case are in good condition showing some age, patina, and oxidation that has never been cleaned. The badge appears to have been lightly worn. All components are in working over, including the closure clasp on the box and pin on reverse of the award. A nice set with great details. $1150

Original WWII German Luftwaffe (Air Force) Air Gunner / Flight Engineer badge in case of issue. Awarded to Air Gunners, Mechanics (Flight Engineers) and Aircrew Meteorologists who had completed two months of training or had taken part in at least five operational flights. Two piece construction with desirable "C.F. JUNCKER" "BERLIN SW" maker mark on reverse. Both the award and case are in excellent condition, the badge appears to have been just lightly worn. Original WWII Kriegsmarine officer’s removable breast eagle that was worn on a variety of garments including the summer tunic. Constructed of stamped alloy with golden gilt wash, and wingspan of 9.5cm from tip to tip. Nice detail with soldered hinge and catch on reverse to attach to the officer’s uniform. This interesting Luftwaffe chest eagle is a variant with backing, it was originally sourced by Bill Shea (The Ruptured Duck) and purchased by the consignor. The cap cockade is in uniform removed condition, and would likely have come from a Luftwaffe Bergmütze. $100

Original WWII Eastern Front medal group with award document and notebook of Gefreiten Hugo Hampe who was presented the award for service in Russia on 15 July 1942. The Eastern Front medal itself is in excellent original condition with original ribbon. The award document is also in good shape. Also included is an interesting notebook that came with the seems to be a technical review of an artillery weapon system, although we haven't spent time researching it. The entire notebook is filled out with too much information to present in photos, looks interesting. Overall, this is a great Eastern Front medal grouping.  $175

Original WWII German NSDAP / National banner.  This banner is manufactured in a desirable size measuring 52 by 26 inches. These banners were popular souvenirs taken by Allied soldiers, as seen in many period photos.  Banners and flags were not only all over Third Reich Germany but also often used to identify tanks and vehicles for aerial recognition in the field.  This example can be hung using a small poll, or displayed in a variety of other ways.  The banner is free of any notable damage, with only very minor fading and light soiling, excellent example. *Sold*
#G2225 NSDAP 40" x 18" Pennant
Original WWII German NSDAP "Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei" double sided pennant in a large size measuring 40" x 18" (Inches).  During the Third Reich, swastika adorned flags, banners, and pennants like this one were used at every opportunity by the NSDAP to reinforce their political party to the general populace of Germany. Based on the short ropes sewn into the top of the pennant, we think it's possibly this was once part of a long string of pennants hanging across a street or similar venue. Multi-piece construction with white circle containing printed swastika zig-zag stitched on both sides, nicely hemmed edges, and concealed rope at top. This interesting and well constructed pennant is a good usable size for any historical display. *Sold*

Original WWII Close Combat Clasp in bronze. This award was presented to soldiers who participated in hand to hand combat without the support of armoured vehicles. The badge features die struck construction in zinc, and the original bronze wash has aged and greyed and now features a nice never cleaned patina, this example having clearly been issued and actually worn. The reverse of the clasp is nicely maker marked with the embossed designer’s name and location"F.E.C. W. E. Peekhaus Berlin" as well as the manufacturer’s stylized initials within a rectangular border "JFS" attributed to Josef Feix Söhne of Gablonz. *Sold*

Original WWII German small wedding helmet with SS and Croatian Volunteer shield decals. This little helmet would decorate the cake of the SS soldier getting married. The helmet measures approximately 10 by 6 cm. The SS decal is mostly intact, however, the Croatian Volunteer shield decal has chipped away leaving the outline. Interesting and unique item. *Sold*
