FOX" who served with the Canadian Railway Troops.  The railway troops were a relatively small branch and it's tough to find any items related to them. Included with the medal is the officers complete file pulled from archives, you will be able to learn a lot about the soldier from the file and do further research on this soldier who survived the war. $75

#CD1017 Canadian War Medal Pte H. Warren KIA 42nd Canadian Infantry
Original WWI Canadian War Medal 1914-1918 named to "441822 PTE. H. WARREN 42 - CAN. INF.".  Pte Warren served with the 42nd Battalion (Royal Highlanders of Canada) CEF.  The 42nd Battalion was an infantry battalion and Pte Warren was unfortunately killed in action 12 November 1916 while fighting in France during the Battle of the Somme.  Included with the medal is the soldiers complete file pulled from archives, you will be able to learn a lot about the soldier from the file and do further research on this brave soldier.  $100

#DW1 MKI Engineers Combat Helmet
Original WWI MKI Canadian Engineers combat helmet that belonged to Sapper Curtiss W. Lizmore of E Coy 3rd Canadian Engineers in WWI.  The helmet itself is a second pattern British manufactured MKI "Brodie" helmet with magnetic steel rim.  The helmet is in good service used condition with original chinstrap, paint, and liner intact. The helmet is named on the interior steel rim as shown in the photos "2009234 SAPPER CURTISS W. LIZMORE "E" Coy 3rd C.E. 1917".  We have not done any further research but it has the potential to be a good research project.  Nice helmet with interesting history! $450

Original WWI Canadian production 5 button Infantry tunic. Canada titles, collar dogs, and Infantry shoulder pins.  Named on the pocket to "A.J. Roy" with his service number.  We have not made any effort to do further research and leave that to the next owner.  This has remnants of the original paper tag.  Nice size stamps and C broad arrow. Wound bar on the lower left sleeve.  Missing one pocket button that could be easily replaced.  A good example of the iconic WWI Canadian Infantry tunic.  $800

Warner objective sighting system book with special regard to the Ross Canadian Military Service Rifle.  Includes information on the Warner sight and the Canadian sight, with illustrations. Incredibly rare and important publication in near mint condition. Bound with a suede cover. Number 9 presented to Mr. C.B. Published in 1915. Probably will never see another one, and as far as I know there is no other known surviving example of this particular publication. $450

Corps barrage map showing some famous battle sites including where the 25th Division crossed the Sambre-Oise Canal to capture Landrecies. This map actually shows what appears to be creeping barrage strategy.  This is a genuine map used on combat operations, it has 'been there'. The map has been folded and well used, with some notes and markings period applied in pencil.  This sort of genuine combat map is rarely seen outside of national archives or museums, RARE!  $200

Extremely rare original map NORTH WEST of CAPE COLONY.  This map shows many of the famous battle sites that appear on medal bars from the Boer War including Transvaal, Orange Free State, and Cape Colony.  The map is in excellent condition but is fragile given its age and it has been stored folded.  I would consider having this map framed in museum archival grade glass and materials. This is a great historically important map that would be the centrepiece of a Boer War collection and would look great with the medals corresponding to the battle sites. $150

1834-1934 Canadian Corps reunion pin for the centennial in Toronto.  Also features the dates 1914-1934 as this reunion put together by the association would have been primarily WWI veterans.  Included with the pin, and found with almost certainly from the same veteran are invitations to varios 156th battalion re-unions for WWI veterans.  Interesting group found at an antique barn and never in a collection before. $30

This is a genuine trench map of Beaumont Hamel where the Newfoundland regiment was almost entirely wiped out. The map came out of an old collection, it has been folded and carried in combat.  This is a true trench map with trench positions marked and use for actual combat operations. This is a very desirable map showing a very tragic section of land.  This sort of genuine combat map is rarely seen outside of national archives or museums, RARE! *Sold*

WWI Canadian / British Brodie helmet.  Appears to be unissued and possibly never worn.  There is a faint name written in pencil on the chinstrap indicating who it may have belonged to, I have not made any attempt to research it. WWI Brodie helmets are often in extremely poor condition, this is the absolute best exampled I've ever seen.  Still even has the original tag with instructions. *Sold*

Original WWI British Army P08 web equipment set in excellent condition.  This complete set consists of waist belt, cross straps, ammunition pouches (left and right), small pack, entrenching tool carrier, entrenching tool, blue enamel water bottle with carrier and wool cover, excellent bayonet and scabbard for the Mark II Lee Enfield (Never sharpened or messed with), bayonet frog, and very rare bayonet frog attachment for the entrenching tool handle.  The components are all in excellent condition, with maker marks, broad arrows, and dates from 1917-1918. This is a superb set ready to be placed on a mannequin or part of a field gear display. *Sold*

Original WWI British broad arrow stamp.  This little stamp is constructed from wood with the stamp itself made of brass to apply the ink.  It is nicely maker marked J.U. HALLAM, MANCHESTER and dated 1916, it also has a small broad arrow stamp on it.  Original stamps like this are very hard to find on the loose. *Sold*
