#BS34 British Gunnery Night Simulator Goggles
Original British WWII gunnery night simulating goggles in the original factory box.  These goggles are made of molded rubber with a small strap to hold them in place on the wearer's head, and with lenses in place they would simulate night time for training.  The condition overall is what you would expect of 75 year old rubber, it is a bit stiff and shows age despite still being in the factory box.  The factory box has a section for the lenses, which appear to have been installed (A very long time ago) into the goggles themselves which are sporting dark lenses with some fogging and crazing.  An interesting item for a WWII aviation collection. $40

Canadian Dispatch Riders Helmet
Canadian dispatch riders helmet.  Manufactured by Backstay Standard (BS) in 1944.  I bought this helmet directly from the son of the veteran, who explained his father was doing motorcycle training in preparation for the invasion of Japan.  I will be including the information of the veteran to buyer. The wartime manual on the training of motor cyclist is included, and from the same veterans foot locker. The helmet has a desirable two-tone Canadian helmet net, which has been on the helmet since the war and never removed (It would be a shame to take it off at this point).  This is a top example of this type of helmet, it would be very tough to find a better example.  *Sold*

MKIII Helmet RO&CO 1944
Excellent RO&CO 1944 MKIII helmet with desirable Canadian two-tone camouflage net.   Helmet is in excellent condition and appears likely unissued.  Original factory applied olive green paint.  Nicely marked RO&CO III over 1944.  Desirable manufacture date, these helmets are usually unreadable but this one is well marked.  British chinstrap which appears to original to the helmet and likely correct for such an early dated example, although these were easily switched.  Just a little bit of rust or corrosion on the interior side walls need the chinstrap but not serious.  Nice excellent condition example for any collection, this one would be tough to upgrade. *Sold*
